I’m very much a goal-oriented person and I take every opportunity, whether it’s a new week or a new month, to set out new personal goals for myself. I figured it would be fun to share those here as a way for me to stay accountable and also may inspire some of you! While I know I started off the year with a lot of motivation, I also want to make sure to keep it up! Spring is around the corner and it always gets me excited to really push myself. Keep on reading for a few things I’m really focusing on this month, and let me know also if you’d like more of these posts (monthly series, maybe?).
March Personal Goals:
GOAL #1. Dial in my nutrition with Faster Way To Fat Loss
If you follow me on Instagram stories, you know that I started my first 6-week round of Faster Way To Fat Loss on January 21 and with no exaggeration, it has been life-changing. I initially thought the Faster Way To Fat Loss would just be a diet plan (I just wanted to lose some of that holiday fluff!), but it’s really become more of a lifestyle for me. It’s a combination of intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and macro-based eating — and while I know for me it all sounded intimidating, it’s been surprisingly easily thanks to the amazing coaching (my coach is Loren Mattingly) and Facebook group support! I just signed up for the next 6-week round starting on March 11 and seriously cannot wait for the additional guidance and tweaks to the program that they give returning members. I’ll be dedicating a whole post in the upcoming week regarding Faster Way To Fat Loss, but in the meantime I’m hoping to really focus on the nutrition aspect of the program as I know that’s how the biggest results will come!
GOAL #2. Try out 2 new recipes
I’ve been focusing on cooking more and recently picked up the Whole30 recipe book for some new ideas. I have quite a few recipes dogeared and last month made the kale soup recipe which was absolutely delicious! This Chicken Waldorf Salad has also been a new recipe that I tried in February and has become a new low-carb staple!
GOAL #3. Prioritize rest
I’ve always been someone who doesn’t need a ton of sleep but for the longest time it seemed like I was staying up late and always sacrificing sleep in order to fit my blog work in. A few weeks ago I took a mini break and really prioritized my sleep every night — it was such a difference! I’ve realized that in order to reach the rest of my goals when it comes to work, family, and even my blog, I need to prioritize my sleep. I recently had really amazing call with my rewardStyle consultant and walked away with a new blogging schedule in place that will let me get my rest and have my blog content prepared on time! Lately I’ve been going to be no later than 10:00 pm and it’s been such a welcome change that I want to maintain through March! Let me know if you’d like a post regarding this new schedule and new time management tips I’m implementing!

You are inspirational! I am good at goal-setting, but terrible at follow through. I try to assign myself regular tasks and just take it one day at a time. Even so, I can be so unfocused. I do hope you’ll post those time management tips.
I love your earrings.

It can be so difficult to stick to your resolutions for the year. Setting smaller, more attainable goals has definitely helped me in this area. Thanks so much for sharing!

To achieve your goals, it is important not only to clearly define them, but also to think over ways to achieve them. At one time here https://www.inspiretb.com/ , I found a lot of inspiration for myself, it helped me diversify good habits and improve the quality of life.
