This outfit is a whole bunch of my current obsessions all in one look! Blush and olive is one of my favorite color pairings (styled previously here) and it’s such a pretty combination to transition into spring. We’re finally getting some warmer weather after a cold rainy stint last week, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring out the lighter layers and springtime colors. Since the new season will be officially upon us in a couple weeks, I’m sharing my 3 spring essentials you need so that you’ll be ready to mix and match your way to stylish looks all season long!
3 SPRING ESSENTIALS YOUR NEED THIS SEASON
Blush Jacket / Cardigan
Blush is springtime’s hottest hue right now and it’s such a pretty color for warming up your skin / face / outfit! Even if you’re not big on pink, in my mind blush is the more mature version of the shade and such a versatile color that is more of a neutral that seriously pairs with everything! If you prefer something with a bit more edge, go for the blush moto jacket or if you prefer something more classic, I love these the look of a long blush cardigan. More in the widget below:

Loose Flowy Cami
Camisoles are perfect when it comes to layering and I love that we’re seeing more loose flowy options this year! I love wearing these camis under blazers, jackets, cardigans and they’re just a great way to add layers without bulk as well as add in something delicate and feminine to your look. The Express Barcelona and Downtown camis are my favorite right now (I own in both this blush pink one and this black floral one) — plus they’re 30% off today! These Express camis do run a bit big so while I’m wearing the XS here, I probably would have been better off sizing down to a size XXS. Rounding up a few more of my favorite camis below:

Olive Pants
And finally, olive is back again this spring and I am obsessed with these skinny tie-waist pants! OG readers may remember when I owned a pair of cargo skinny pants years ago and wore them to death (seriously, 10 outfits wearing those pants alone!). After deciding that they were ill-fitting in the crotch, I donated them and have since been on the hunt for a replacement pair. These from LOFT are absolutely amazing and the fit is so incredibly flattering! The fabric is super stretchy and hugs the curves in all the right places. Plus, I love the chic tie-waist detail along with the slits at the hems. They are the perfect length even for petites (I’m only 5′ tall) and pair perfectly with ankle booties or even pump (they would look great with this leopard pair!). I am lusting over the jacket and the bag. I have always been a pink fanatic – whether it’s fashionable or not. Alas, we well-endowed women need something more substantial than camisoles to wear beneath our blush cardigans though.

I have a few blush colored shirts/sweaters and I almost always wear them with grey. I never would have thought of putting blush with olive. Great color combination! Definitely going to try it.
