5. Cinnamon Pancakes
Cinnamon is like a wonder spice — not only does it make almost everything delicious, but it’s also high in the powerful antioxidant manganese. I’ll add cinnamon to the banana pancakes that I sometimes make for my kids or just sprinkle it on top of some cut-up apples!
