Bedroom Retreat + Lush Décor Giveaway

There’s nothing better than having an inviting bed to come home to at the end of a long day.  Having beautiful bedding is obviously one of the most important parts of creating that space and, with the arrival of spring, I had been wanting to do a little update of our bedroom!

The idea of having all-white bedding really appealed to me as was almost as if we were resting on a little cloud.  I loved the look of pintucked duvet cover but I knew that with an all-white bedding set, the problem would be adding in the right pieces to create texture and variation.  When I stumbled across this Lux 6-piece Comforter Set from Lush Decor that included a comforter, bed skirt, pillow shams, and even decorative pillows, I knew it was the perfect solution!

I picked up the king-size set for our king-size bed and was happy to see that the comforter had a bit of extra width as it seems like there’s almost always a shortage of blanket coverage come nighttime! The pin tucked design was beautiful and it instantly gave our bedroom a light and airy feel.  It was like a breath of fresh air!  The sham and decorative pillows each had their own variation in texture and I just finished it off with a cute heart pillow (picked up a couple months ago from Target — love this one and this one too!)
