Express Pave Fireball / Elephant Hook Bangle (buy, buy),
Six Row Rhinestone Stretch Bracelet Set (buy)
I’m not usually one for arm parties, partly because I find that stacked bracelets can make my short arms look even shorter but also because it can be distracting as they jangle all day long while I type at my computer. But, I found a couple of bracelet gems recently and have been rocking the bracelet stack with unannoyed vigor these days.
My wrist circumference measures just short of 6″ (5 7/8″ to be exact) and finding bracelets that fit well can be a bit tricky. Custom sizing options are available, but oftentimes these come at a high price. For bracelets that I really love, I’ve resorted to shortening them on my own (refer to my easy tutorial). Unfortunately there is no simple shortening technique for non-elastic bracelets.
A couple weekends ago, I stopped into Express and found a few bracelets, both elastic and non-elastic, that fit right off the rack and are perfectly designed for those with petite frames.
From left to right, the first two bracelets are the Pave Fireball Hook Bangle and the Pave Elephant Hook Bangle. These bracelets measure 7 1/4″ in circumference. Because they have a hook closure, the bracelet has a much more narrow fit. You’ll even notice that when my arm is positioned for typing, these bracelets don’t hang down so low that they will make noise with the table. For the same reason, these bracelets also don’t jangle on my wrist, something that I try to avoid when working in a quiet office environment. I absolutely love the delicate charms on these bracelets and find them to be stylish but not childish.
The last two colored bracelets are part of the Six Row Rhinestone Stretch Bracelet Set in coral. The circumference of these bracelets also measures right at 7 1/4″ — no need for elastic shortening here! I love that these bracelets are slim, making them ideal for layering on small wrists without looking overwhelming. The colors are also a great complement to fun summer outfits!

Lovely bracelet stack! Good tips too when looking for bracelets 🙂 I find if you get thin or dainty chain bracelets, the larger size doesn't matter too much as they make hardly any noise as they move up and down your arm 🙂
