Firstly, there’s no more need to do any sort of copy / paste. ShopStyle has greatly improved so that you can create affiliate links with a simple click. There are 2 ways you can go about creating ShopStyle affiliate links:
This method is what I generally do when I need to find similar items to link up. Start off by going to the ShopSense Widget Builder page and make sure you’re logged in. With the All tab selected, search for your item. Click the popout button and you will see your affiliate link show up as a shortened link. That’s it!
Method 2. Creating ShopStyle Affiliate Links via LinkStar
The LinkStar is a super handy bookmarklet that generates an affiliate link from the current webpage, useful when you know the exact item that you want to link up. It’s truly magical. Just go to the ShopSense LinkStar bookmarklet page and drag the bookmarklet to your toolbar.
Then when you’re on a page that you want to create an affiliate link to a certain product, just click the bookmarklet button and a popup will show up with the link. It really couldn’t get any easier!
I hope this tutorial helps those of you wanting to use ShopStyle to create affiliate links. I’ve been using ShopStyle for over 3 years now and love it. ShopStyle pays per click instead of by commission, so depending on your readers’ habits, you can choose the right monetization platform for you.

This is such a great article! I’ve been stepping up my game with my Shop Style affiliate account lately but was wondering if you could help me out with something… say you want to link to old navy but be more broad, like link to the entire toddler section because they are having a sale, or link to targets bedding page because it’s all on sale, do you know how to create that type of link? I’ve seen it so I know it can be done just not sure how! Thanks!!
