A floral blazer is a must-have in everyone’s closet. It’s a no-brainer way to liven up a basic outfit and you can never go wrong with pretty flowers! The last time I wore this blazer, I went with a dressier business look so this time I switched it up for something casual. This crochet top was perfect in a basic white color but the lace detailing added just the change in texture needed to make it stand out.
This morning I was invited to a little meet-and-greet with Jane Iredale, the founder of Jane Iredale cosmetics at the Soft Surroundings store in Southlake. I had a little makeover done at the event and these pictures were taken right afterwards. And while I think the bronzer could’ve been blended a little better, I am quite impressed with how these products look and feel on my skin. I left with a bottle of the Dream Tint Tinted Moisturizer (in Medium-Light) and a tube of their lipstick (in Robin) to try out. I’m excited to see how they work for me. Let me know if you’re interested in a review of the products I’m trying and/or my interview with Jane and I’ll be happy to share!

Love the pattern and texture mixing!

You look so good in this outfit! It makes you look tall and the jeans make you look bootilicious in the last shot. Yes I agree the bronzer could be blended better but I like the lip color on you. Is it the Robin color? Do they sell this brand at Nordies?
Thank you!! The lip color is actually the Lip Fixation in Craze. It's a stain + gloss that looks super natural!
And Jane Iredale has a locator option on their website. It's usually sold in spas and dermatologist offices as it's a makeup line that combines skincare. Nordies Spa supposedly does carry it. Hope that helps!
(And typing on my phone otherwise I'd give you links for everything but I figure you can google too. 🙂
Such a cute spring look! I need these floral prints as we currently have such a grey, rainy weather!

I've been on the hunt for a good (and well priced) floral blazer for a long time now. I found one thrifting a long time ago and was pumped, bought it in a hurry, got it home and realized that it was at least 5 times too big. Doh! That's why you always, ALWAYS try on clothes you're thrifting. I love this blazer–it looks perfect with the lace top!
doh! i'm always amazed at how you score such good finds when thrifting though so i'm sure you'll stumble across another great floral blazer!
Love the outfit, Kileen! You always find cute floral clothing.
The blue accents look perfect with this, then again, your looks are always perfect! Have a fab weekend 🙂
Thanks Kileen! Hmm I need to switch up my makeup anyways so I will definitely check our Jane Iredale!
