Remember when I said that with broad shoulders you should avoid structured blazers and eye-catching prints up top? Well, obviously with this outfit I threw all of that out the window. I do think the longer, boyfriend cut of this blazer helped balance things out as it lengthened my torso and created a vertical line coming down from the shoulders.
Spring is officially here and what better way to welcome the change of season than with some pretty florals and a cheerful yellow top right? I’ve been loving the surplice top style lately and have been looking to add more to my closet. The crossover design is flattering on basically all body types and the sunny yellow color of this one from Tbdress just seemed perfect for both work and play! This particular top also had the two sides sewn together, but I found that it was in an awkward spot for me so I ended up removing the stitching and just strategically placing a safety pin where I wanted it to stay shut. I’m always grateful any time a simple diy hack will do the trick!

Yay 😉 Camera settings sounds great! I use AV mode very often lately, but I would love to read more about your experiences/preferences and tips how you set your camera depending on the i.e. situation/weather and how to use settings like ISO, shutter speed properly … I'm not good at setting the shutter speed, that's why I like the AV mode so much.
I use AV mode too! I just find that it's the easiest one for me and creates just as good results!
