We had an amazing weekend over here and it flew by in a blur! I stumbled across an estate sale on Saturday morning and ended up finding this amazing train table (complete with multiple train sets included even!) and a construction table all for an absolute steal. My parents happened to be over at our house with their pickup truck, and with Dylan’s birthday coming up, it all couldn’t have been better timing! Dylan has been one happy little boy this entire weekend and I just love listening him make up little stories as he moves the little car and people figures around. 🙂
We had ourselves a bit of a rainy Sunday so I decided to throw on one of my favorite summer scarves with a pretty little crochet skirt outfit. It’s been awhile since I last got gussied up in a skirt and heels, and I have to admit, this outfit was a good reminder that I need to indulge my girly side more often these days!
Hope you had a great weekend!

P.S. In case you missed it:

Oh that will be totally worth whatever you paid for it! When I was in school and just had my two older boys, I would spend endless hours at Barnes and Noble because they had a train table. It entertained my boys while I was able to study and get homework done. Lifesaver! I love this skirt so much! I can't believe it's F21! I've loved this style for so long!
Thanks Robin! Can you believe it was $40 for the train table and $10 for the construction table?! Total steal and I still can't believe it!
Sure, anything in particular?
Love the lace detailing!

love that scarf. Good to know that I'm not the only one outside taking photos with my tripod and remote 🙂 Sometimes it's so hard to look casual as you're trying to hide the remote…hehe.
