I feel like it’s been forever since I shared an outfit post with you! It’s so nice to be able to wear this cropped sweater again as I kept on gravitating towards it when I was pregnant but obviously the top was nothing but awkward with a huge baby bump in the way. I love the look of layering it with a longer button-down shirt as I feel like it really helps elongate my torso and hides my postpartum pooch. The black and white contrast nicely against the bright floral jacket, which gave me that springtime feeling even though temps were barely above the 40s when I wore this look.

I’ve been wanting to add more distressed jeans to my collection and was intrigued when Tiffany posted about her AE jeggings recently. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs to try out (in dark destroy and black) and ended up keeping both of them! The fit is amazing all around; the fabric is stretchy yet doesn’t stretch out, the distressed patches aren’t too worn so that the fabric is torn, and the patches actually hit at non-awkward spots on my leg! The length is about 1″ too long on me (at 5′ tall) and while I have them folded under in these pics, it’s only because I’m nit-picky that I’m going to have them altered shorter. If you don’t mind a tiny bit of scrunching or if you’re even a little bit taller than me, these would work out perfectly for you!
This yellow crossbody bag is also quickly becoming a fast favorite. I’ve been carrying big satchel bags almost exclusively for so long that it’s been a nice change to switch into something minimalist and have my hands-free too!

That's so funny because when I found out I was pregnant with Reilly crop tops became a "thing" and I was so bummed to miss out because of my growing belly. I am, however, obsessed with this look! I feel like as soon as I get off of work, I just throw on my distressed jeans. So nice to see another way to wear them! Thanks so much for the words of encouragement regarding my new domain name. It has been nothing short of a pain in my rear!
