It seems like warmer weather is here to stay, but the mornings the mornings have still been a bit brisk at times. I’ve been loving this jacket as the crisp white color is perfect for spring while the thicker fabric keeps out the cold.
I’m always a sucker for personalized jewelry and this Keepsakes necklace from BCouture is beautiful in its simplicity. The colors of the charms can be customized and I chose mine to be the birthstones of Dylan and Kennedy. For all the mothers out there, you know how nice it is to be able to wear something reminding you of your kiddos around your neck — it’s like a little piece of them that’s always with you!

P.S. In case you missed it:

You have such a stunning collection of florals at your closet. Love that pretty blouse, Kileen.
This is the prettiest floral print I've seen in awhile!

I love this look! Grey is my favorite. I love how you added floral with it.
Beautiful florals! You style everything so well.

Now blogging at my new site Straight A Style
I fit more into my day by getting up 1 hour before my children get up so I can get a jump on the day and what I need to do.
I'm rooting for you Caitlyn! I loved reading your story and I can definitely relate. Right now my son gets my attention after school when baby is napping but I'm sure we'll have to figure something out when baby gets older!
Love the light grey jeans with the hot pink heels!
Hide the sharpie markers! My son colored a certain body part with it when he was a toddler!
I'm not a parent, but I just try to get some of the more dreaded activities out of the way early in the morning. Working out, grocery shopping, etc. done before 10 AM helps me feel incredibly productive!
Find as much time to play with them as possible.
I fit more into my day with Todoist.
I said on your facebook but it's cute and funny that you're doing yoga next go your yoga pro 🙂 did you put that in on purpose? 🙂
I liked your blog. Thanks for the opportunity to win as well.
Great looking family! Thanks for the tips and thank you for the
chance to win!
Believe it or not, I fit more into my day by scheduling free time. If I don't, I run myself ragged and end up tired and lazy.
My tip for when my children where little was just to relax and enjoy it. This time flies so fast and you miss it so much once it's gone.
To think like a child will make communicating with your child easier.
Haha, no but it's funny that it worked out like that! I just find yoga very relaxing to do at home. 🙂
I gotta check out Todoist!
You really should 🙂 It's a great way to get and stay organized!
I crawl around in front of him to teach him how to crawl.
accept any form of help when someone offer it, it helps not only you but also the baby to get use to other faces other than yours and you get a good me time or do something else if you have to.
I fit more into my day by multitasking and not sleeping much!
I wish I had been more patient as a new mother. The kids are babies for such a short fleeting amount of time. I really do wish I had let more things go and spent more time with the babies and less time on housework. I have the rest of my life to do "things" but only right now to be in the moment with my children.
When my son was little I joined a gym just so I could have that hour to myself each day. He loved it and the workout was great for me also.
I am a very busy person who always has emergencies from kids or grandkids that I have to make room to fit more into my day.
its not easy, being a parent. i always tried to not compare myself to other moms who often seemed to have perfect children who were potty trained early and behaved impeccably. im not perfect so why should my kids be? i always try to be silly with them, because i want them to learn to have fun and handle stress productively!
Sleep when they sleep!! give yourself time to relax and enjoy all the little moments as they are the biggest.
i just have to remember to be patient and do my own thing and not listen to naysayers
I fit more into my day by multitasking, being productive and making good use of my time and focusing on priorities. I have to remind myself to relax and take some time for myself to do yoga or take a walk.
I'm retired so I have plenty of time to do what I want to do. I swim 3 times a week and that keeps me going.
Thanks for the contest.

I have a schedule and try to stick with it as much as possible.
My tip is to learn to pick and choose your battles. Don't try to be Super Woman! Do the best you can each day. I have learned to let the little things go. It's not the end of the world if something didn't get cleaned. It's more important to have the time with family.
Make sure you take some "me time" so you that you are refreshed and can handle the every day routines AND surprises that come with having children
I am a new mom but so far it has been such a blessing to have other to help out. I can get so many things done while someone else is watching the baby!
My best advice for raising a little one? Have patience (You WILL make mistakes-you are human just like they are) and remember-one day you WILL miss the hassle and the hair pulling and frustration- so love them and laugh with them every chance you get.
My best parenting tip is to be consistent. A child that knows what to expect is a much happier kid. (Heck, that applies to grownups too!)
being a mother of three kids ages 12, 7 and 1 yr old requires a whole lot of attention going in different directions 24/7! When my middle school and elementary kiddos are at school I use that time to relax when my 1 yr old is asleep and I catch up with emails or simply sit down and watch some tv.
I try to get little things done before everyone gets up. Maybe throw in a load of laundry or do a sink of dishes but sometimes its nice just to sit and relax before everyone gets up too.
For me is having a support group. When my kids were babies, I had a group of 5 moms with kids of the same age and we took turns to take care of the babies to give the mom a rest.
I find that I am most productive early in the morning. I fit more into my day by prioritizing my daily to-do list. I tackle my most important or challenging tasks first and make sure I set aside enough time for the fun activities.
What I found helpful was to keep a routine such as nap time bed time snack time. By doing so they slept better and longer. Plus it gave me my time I needed to regroup replenish and be ready for what ever the day would bring. I also found being consistent helped too. I'm no expert on parenting at all but I just know this helped for me tremendously.
I have a huge family, plus I'm a caregiver to my mother in law. My tip would be to prep as much as you can the day or week in advance, (veggies for cooking keep ready), fruits smoothies (freeze the fruits) , make head meals, kids clothes for school night before, things like this) and ask your family to help so it's not all on you, when those unexpected moments where you have to work double time, everything won't have to be done all in a day you have backup.
Baby wearing!
Time Management
Trying to find balance has been an adjustment for me, but I stay spiritually connected and say lots of prayers throughout the day!
When my daughter was a baby my family drugigst told me about Caldesene Powder, and believe it or not, nothing else would get rid of my baby's diaper rash! That was priceless advice for me! It's now available on Amazon of all places too! 🙂
As a mom of four, patience is what I work on. Each day is a challenge, but for my girls, I don't give up. I try taking it easy, always including daddy to help.
I'm expecting my first child the first week of May, so I'm reading all the tips. I get more done in my day with sticky notes and using to-do lists.
I have to stay as organized as possible and lots of reminders on my phone help me keep on track so I can fit everything I need into one day. 🙂

Remember to keep your temper at bay. Words of anger can hurt for a lifetime.
I fit more into my day by not stressing so much over the little things – worrying over minor things just takes up time and energy that could be spent making progress.
Try and get an organized schedule/plan my kids get upset grouchy when things seem to not be on routine. Also make sure to laugh and be a silly with them 😉
I can fit more in my day by being organized. This would help so I didn't have to locate things.
As a computer science student one of the ways that I fit more into the day and improve my skills is to write software to automate some of my computer tasks leaving me free to do other things.
Let them be kids. even though they drive us crazy and make huge messes
We have almost same situation, having a baby and a toddler,I know what and i feel what's happening in your house everyday of your life. =) just like mine, like what they we have the most hardest job but nothing to receive salary only LOVE from our little ones,I'm proud being staying at home mom, every one can be a mother but not all of mother but not all can be real MOTHER.Another tip from me,Always say I LOVE YOU to them and cherish every moment with them while they're young.Sorry for the grammar.Lol!
I try to make phone calls when I'm doing something mindless like folding laundry.
