We’ve had an unseasonably warm December this year, but it’s finally starting to cool down this week!  Meanwhile, this past week it seemed like all the Fall colors were in full bloom and you couldn’t turn your head without seeing trees bursting in vibrant shades of red, yellow, and orange.  A must-have cold-weather closet staples is a cozy sweater, and Adrian and I both found some new favorites from Express this season!

This sweater has that perfect effortless chic vibe.  The knit isn’t too chunky to drown a more petite frame and I love the drop shoulder with 3/4-length sleeves to give it a laid-back, casual feel  The high-low hem is also a bonus as it lets me pair it with leggings in the future and not worry about my bum showing in the back!  And while the neckline does have a deep V, it’s nothing that layering with a light cami won’t fix.  
Express actually has a huge selection of this sweater in just about every color!

Meanwhile, Adrian even picked up a little something for his winter wardrobe!  These half-zip wool sweaters are perfect layered up with a button-up shirt for those casual work days or even just on its own on weekends with the family.  Adrian isn’t big on logos of any kind on his clothes so this one is just his style!

Bag: 88 Handbags Python Mini Crossbody

In love with this new crossbody bag!  The taupe color is perfect and the python flap adds a bit of texture without going overboard.  I love the mini size for when I’m on the go!
