It’s been a busy few weeks with work and travel so I’m playing a bit of catch up over here! I’m switching up my posting a bit this week to share with you some beauty news today that has been long overdue. A few weeks ago, I was invited to have a mini pampering session at The Spa at the Hotel Crescent Court and was seriously given the royal treatment! While the lavish and luxurious Hotel Crescent Court is located in a very upscale part of Uptown Dallas, the staff and all attendees were incredibly down-to-earth, friendly, and inviting, cracking jokes and letting the champagne flow as we all enjoyed various fruits and cheeses from the Spa Cafe!
We enjoyed a few minutes upstairs on their rooftop pool and took in the downtown views before heading downstairs for our spa treatment. The weather was beautiful and while I had just left work to drive 50 minutes through rush hour traffic, I felt my stresses instantly melting away as I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and spa!

sipping on delicious blueberry champagne as we prepared for our blueberry facial!
After the schmoozing at the Hotel Crescent Court, it was off to the spa! I changed into a plush robe and waterproof slippers while stowing away my belongings in their lockers. I was pleasantly surprised to see some of their other spa amenities such as whirlpool/cold dip pool, steam room, dry sauna, and even a fully-equipped fitness club that are all available for anyone enjoying a spa service!
can you tell I’m in heaven? 😊

I signed up for the Blueberry Peel, a new treatment that gently exfoliates and purifies the skin. It’s a treatment that’s good for all skin types and can be customized to address any skin concerns such as acne, sun damage, or just dull skin that needs a pick-me-up! A gentle blueberry chemical peel is applied and unlike traditional peels that leave your skin red and irritated afterwards, this one doesn’t have any of those after-effects — you’re only left with dewy, glowing skin that looks revitalized! The entire treatment only takes 25 minutes and can even be done on a lunch break if you’re looking for a mid-day refresher! I felt supremely relaxed and even drifted off to sleep briefly. I woke up as my facialist was finishing up and after looking in the mirror, I couldn’t believe how much brighter my complexion looked!
Cosmedix Emulsion Intense Hydrator | Cosmedix Simply Brilliant 24/7 Brightening Serum | Cosmedix Benefit Clean Gentle Cleanser
The Spa at the Hotel Crescent Court specializes in the usage of the Cosmedix and I left with a trio of products that my facialist recommended to help me continue seeing results with my skin. Cosmedix is a new-to-me skincare line but I love the fact that they combine science with nature so that you get the best of both worlds. Their formulas are soothing yet effective, using only the highest quality plant-based ingredients and pure essential oils. I have been really impressed with the brightening serum in particular as I’ve definitely noticed a big difference in my freckles and can actually tell that they’ve lightened in just a matter of a few short weeks!
This summer, the Hotel Crescent Court is starting a huge renovation project to refresh and elevate the space for its visitors. I can’t wait for the facelift to be unveiled (did you guys know I actually used to work in the building attached to the Crescent Court Hotel?) but in the meantime definitely book yourself an appointment to give your skin a little TLC this summer!

first of all I want to tell you I have been watching your channel for years and You are so talented! But I wanted to ask you if you ever consider to use only cosmetics that is not tested on animals. As this is a big issue for me and I know for many people around as well. With you and your channel being so popular you could make a difference or at lease make people think about this problem more.
A Spa Near Me will be more convenient because you can get reasonable price. It will be easily accessible and familiar. And spa will be helpful in toning down or removing bodily and mentally engineered ills.
