I was inspired by the bright beautiful colors Cee’s Color Brigade entry this week and wanted to put my own spin on the look. The white blazer was a last-minute addition, but I love crisp summery feel that it adds to the outfit.
As for my hair, this is the second time I’m attempting the half-bun / donut look. When I wore it last time, I had a couple requests to see the back. And because I aim to please, here you go. It kinda looks like you would expect. I’m no hair guru, unfortunately {still working on it}. 😉

the skirt does poof out a little more than i'd like in the hip area, but i kinda like the tulip shape it gives. i think pairing a blazer with the skirt balances out the hip poofiness a little bit, in case you consider a similar skirt in the future. 🙂
