We’re in the dog days of summer right now and even though I’m dreaming of Fall layers, I’ve had to stick to outfits that help me beat the heat!  Off shoulder tops have made a major statement this summer and I just love this lace crop top option for it’s cutout detailing and scalloped hem that gives it such a feminine feel.  I do wish that this top had more of a blousy look as the website image suggests, but it’s possible that maybe sizing up would have done the trick!

Distressed shorts, like their distressed jeans counterpart, have also been a big hit this summer.  While I purchased these from Express a few months ago and are no longer in stock, I did find several similar and good news is that many are on sale!

And seriously how amazing is this bucket bag?  I’m in love with the tasseled drawstring and it’s such a great deal at less than $70!
