Polka dots are a long-time favorite and I love the look of the white spots against the chambray.  I love that this short has a naturally crisp look and is perfect for the office with its button front and button cuff sleeves.  Alternatively, it’s also an easy weekend piece paired with jeans and a casual front tuck.  I’m wearing my usual XSP and would say that it runs TTS.

I live in cardigans this time of year and pairing them with camisoles has become a standard for me.  I love the scalloped trim detail of this cami and the white is actually fully lined to make it opaque.  Plus, this one still has a decently high neckline which makes it a perfect option for the office as well!  This super soft cardigan is also on extra markdown and I love the textured chunky knit.  The blush pink color is also gorgeous and there are even subtle flecks of different colors woven in.  I’m wearing an XS as I didn’t see petite sizing in my store (I’m usually an XSP) but would say that it runs true-to-size.

I’m always looking for cute layering pieces to add to my closet and love this striped mock neck sweater.  The colors are a beautiful mix of grey neutrals and the fabric is super warm yet lightweight.  It’s hard to see but the sleeves have a ruffle cuff that look super cute on its own or peeking out from under a blazer or jacket!

Can’t stop, won’t stop with the stripes.  But really, you can’t go wrong when it’s a classic black and white palette, and this sweater as is chic as it is comfy!  I love the swingy drape and there are side slits for some extra room around the hips as well.  My store didn’t have this one in petite sizing and the smallest size I was able to find was a Small, but I actually love the looser fit and would recommend sizing up once for a similar look!

LOFT has been a go-to for pants as I love the fit of their Marisa style.  I couldn’t help myself with this pair as I love the velvet tie detailing but will say that I found the hips to run a bit big on me in the size 0P.  I would recommend sizing down with this style but it’s a great piece to wear year-round as the velvet is removable!  I paired it with this delicate dotted floral blouse and the black/burgundy colors are perfect for a darker winter palette.  It’s a beautiful blouse that would be perfect layered under a blazer or cardigan or even just worn on its own!

I love florals year round and the darker print of this dress makes it perfect for the winter!  This one surprised me with pockets at the hips and the fit-and-flare silhouette is so flattering!  This would be a perfect option for the office and can be even be paired with tall boots too for a chic cold-weather look.  When it comes to sizing, I’m normally between a 0P and 00P and would recommend sizing up in this style as the size 0P fit me perfectly.

And finally, another outfit that would be so fun for the office!  While my store didn’t have the skirt in my size (I’m wearing size Medium Petite here), I love the combination of the ruffles with the tweed.  The skirt has an elastic waist (perfect for easing back in from the holidays! 😂) and the classic grey is so versatile for pairing with different outfits.  I paired the skirt with a whimsical polka dot top and while it’s a bit hard to tell, the sleeves have the cutest puff shoulder detail!
