I never thought I’d be someone to wear a maxi. Being barely 5′ tall, I always thought a maxi would do nothing but make me look even shorter. But much to my surprise, I found myself a maxi dress that not only is wearable without alterations (can you believe???), but also makes me feel super tall (of course, the concealed 5.5″ wedges are definitely key)!
I can’t believe this weekend came and went already. I spent the majority of this weekend reading a 200+ page scuba certification manual but am excited to actually be getting in the water with some practice dives this week! Scuba diving in Zanzibar, here we come!

I love the look of maxi dresses but being a fellow petite I rarely find one that fits! But I have a long skirt that I just wore recently. Next time I am wearing it with heels so I look taller too!
