It’s been a wet, wet spring this year and I’ve been spending more time than ever in my rain boots! I love going out in the rain with my rain boots on and couldn’t help but want a little matching mommy and me rain boot set for me and my baby girl. Crocs have been a favorite of my 3-year old son, Dylan (they were the first shoes he was able to put on by himself!), so I was excited to see that they had cute rain boot options for toddlers and adults alike!
It’s no exaggeration when I say that Kennedy has been obsessed with her rain boots from the moment I unboxed them for her! They’re still about one size too big but fortunately they’re super lightweight and haven’t been a problem to walk in. And let me tell you, she’s insisted on wearing them ALL. THE. TIME. Kennedy went splashing in some rain puddles for the first time here and I just could not get over her squeals of delight!
As for my rain boots, I’ve often had trouble finding a style that doesn’t come up past my knees and looking like I’m playing dress-up in grown-up clothes. I love this ‘Jaunt’ pair from Crocs as it actually comes up just past mid-calf — I actually add a pair of Invisible Heels too to give myself a little lift and I find that it makes the calf fit even better! I love the navy color with the contrasting white grommets and have gotten so many compliments from co-workers, friends, and even strangers at the grocery store!

This top is also a great piece to have and the gingham print is just perfect for the summer! It’s roomy without being boxy (I’m wearing the XS) and it’s a great piece that can be dressed up too (so chic paired with a navy pencil skirt for the office!).
