This was my casual Friday look that mixed together navy stripes and some black and white polka dots. These two prints are two of my favorites so the decision to pair them together was an obvious one. I added a pop of color with this amber pendant necklace and bright red bag. The necklace was gifted to me from my mom as part of a wedding gift while the bag was a Valentine’s Day surprise from Adrian, and they both never fail to brighten my outfit and my mood!
One of my personal goals this year is to minimize the amount of “stuff” I have. Clothes to me, in the end, are just clothes… But if I can wear something that makes me feel good or provides special meaning, that’s when clothes are worth keeping, right? I’m still in the process of paring down my closet, but I love having little treasures like this necklace and red bag to play with. Figuring out unique ways to pair them and creating a little outfit I can wear, that’s why I love getting dressed up. 🙂
Ok, enough late-night rambling. I hope you have a great weekend and I’ll talk to you soon!

I must be blind 😉 I've never noticed that! I'm pretty new in photography and I want to practice more, especially how to shoot with a tripod and remote. I cant wait to read more here! Thanks!
