I bought this dress when I went shopping way back in January and finally the weather is warm enough to wear it. I’m always excited when I see dresses with sleeves as it usually means it’s a more work-appropriate option for me. I kept the color palette neutral and love the outfit for its classic simplicity.
Meanwhile, I think I may have given Dylan my cold and I was up for a couple hours last night rocking Dylan back to sleep. He had such a nasty cough that I actually found myself googling croup in the middle of the night and wondering if his cough sounded enough like a barking seal to warrant a doctor’s visit. First-time mom paranoia at its finest. Fortunately we both fell asleep and today he seems better already. Though his coughs are a little throaty (not enough like a seal I decided), Dylan was in a happy mood and even fake coughing just to tease me as he knew it would get my attention. This mommyhood thing…it’s a trip, I tell you.

LOL It is a trip indeed! I'm glad he seems to be feeling better. I remember the first time new mom stuff. I would freak out over EVERYTHING!!! But now, by kid four, it's old hat. Lovely dress! I love the color on you!
