It was another day of absolutely perfect 70-degree weather and it’s been feeling like springtime in January lately! I decided to take advantage and wore this lightweight, sleeveless maxi dress and layered it with a denim jacket just in case it got breezy. It’s so rare that I wear dresses these days that when Dylan first saw me he even pointed to the dress and asked “what?” — that’s when you know it’s been too long!
I love how beautifully jersey knit fabric of the dress drapes over the bump and the bias cut gives it just enough cling to give me some shape without being too tight. The ombre fading at the hem keeps the dress from looking too heavy and the downward chevron print actually creates a bit of a slimming effect — something I definitely need at this point with this awkwardly huge belly. I decided to try on this obi belt at the last minute (originally I was just picking it up from the floor as it had fallen off the belt hanger!) and ended up loving how the bow accentuated the belly and pulled the rest of the look together with the gold pumps. I’m usually not one for closed-toe heels with maxi dresses, but sadly my toes are long overdue for a pedicure and these pumps are surprisingly one of my easiest pair to walk in. Meanwhile, let’s see if I can squeeze in a quick mani/pedi before it’s baby time — only 4 days and counting now!

You look fantastic. How far do you have till the baby is born? You have styled it up and looked beautiful through the pregnancy. That red striped dress is so pretty especially with the bow sash. Wishing you the best of luck till the end!

When it comes to pregnancy, women're afraid to take photos but you lady did it in a different way. You look noble, beautiful and feminine in this album. I have no comment about it because it's too good. It's dangerous when you wear high-heels in prenancy. You should use a flat shoes instead.
Best wishes from Lien,
