- 2 t-oz cans of Bumble Bee Sensations Spicy Thai Chili Seasoned Tuna Medley, drained
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 large egg white
- 1/3 cup Panko (we use whole wheat)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
For the Cucumber-Yogurt Dip
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
