And we’re back from the long weekend! This one seriously flew by and July is looking like a busy month already — we have two birthdays to celebrate (throwing a big one for Dylan next weekend!), a dinner party I’m hosting the weekend that (our first one in the new place!), as well as planning for our summer family trip! I wore this look out in celebration of the 4th of July and am in love with this super soft, striped midi skirt. The cotton jersey fabric is incredibly soft and the skirt is a great versatile piece that can be dressed up or dressed down. This skirt has easily become a bit of a “mom uniform” outfit as it’s comfy, has pockets, and pairs perfectly with sneakers too.

What a great skirt–knit skirts like that are ones I live in all summer! That is such a cute one too, and I love how you dressed it up here with those gorgeous sandals and tassel earrings. Sounds like July will be a fun, but busy month!
