I hope you all had a merry Christmas! We were supposed to be home on Monday but unexpected traffic for the 49er game resulted in a 3 hour car drive for what is normally 30 minutes and we missed our flight by 6 minutes. We finally made it back home late Tuesday night after spending 21 hours on standby. All flights were oversold and it was hard to continue entertaining a little toddler as we kept getting bumped flight after flight. It definitely felt like a little Christmas miracle when they finally called our name to board the plane!
I couldn’t wait to change into fresh clothes and decided on this outfit that was both festive and comfortable. This cropped puffer vest is one of the oldest items in my closet (purchased in 2005?) and I was glad to break it out now that puffer vests are making a comeback this year. Paired with some relaxed-fit jeans, I was all set for a low-key Christmas spent with the family. I hope you’re having a wonderful holiday!!
