Since being pregnant, I’ve been particularly careful about the products that I use. In particular, I’ve been cautious with lip products as it can be accidentally ingested whenever I eat, drink, or even just lick my lips without even realizing. Lead, in particular, is a big culprit that is commonly found in lip products and it’s scary to realize that an accumulated amount in the body can lead to miscarriage or pre-term labor. A product I discovered a few weeks ago is the Rozge Cosmeceutical lipgloss. I love that it’s organic and made with all-natural ingredients — no toxic chemicals or other nasty fillers.
The lipgloss line has over 22 amazing colors and definitely one for every occasion. I picked out ‘Casablanca’, a beautiful coral, as well as ‘Prague’, an iridescent pearl pink. The colors go on opaque, are extremely hydrating, and thankfully are not sticky at all despite the great shine. A key ingredient in the lipglosses is actually dragon’s blood, a remedy that actually works to heal dry, cracked lips while making them softer and smoother. Although I was a bit wary at first of putting dragon’s blood on my lips at first, I have to admit that the gloss is incredibly moisturizing and the gloss feels great on my lips — never drying out at all. Previously, I’ve relied on chapstick to keep my lips moisturized but with these lipglosses, I’ve really found that they’re all I need!
One of the best features of the lipgloss is the built-in light and side mirror. It makes for such easy re-application throughout the day as I’m busy taking care of Dylan and running errands.
From now until the end of September, you can save 20% off your entire purchase at Rozge Cosmeceutical with code ROZGE20. Don’t miss out on trying this opportunity to try out the line at a discount. I’m glad to have found a product that I can feel comfortable using both now and after the pregnancy and hope you found this review helpful!
