It’s sandal season! I know I’m jumping the gun a little bit as it’s not officially summer yet, but I am ready. I’ve actually been searching around for that perfect nude sandal for awhile now, and when I saw these on sale at SteveMadden.com last week, I jumped on the deal! This pair didn’t particularly jump out at me when I was browsing online, but I absolutely fell in love with them when I tried them on in-store! Before checking out though, I did a quick ShopSavvy scan, found that they were 25% cheaper online, and scurried back home to place my order. Thank goodness for price-comparison iPhone apps. I swear my iPhone has paid for itself already. 🙂
And I actually have exciting plans this weekend to share! I was contacted by Allure magazine a few months ago and was asked if I would be willing to represent them at a beauty event for Target. Of course, I said yes! The event will be tomorrow and I will be helping promote Target’s beauty department by passing out free goody bags and coupon books. For all those of you who live in Dallas, stop by the Target store at Parker and Hwy 75 between 11am – 4pm and visit my booth in the beauty department to say hi. And if you can’t come, come back tomorrow to see pictures!

Congratulations to you on the news! As far as your outfit is concerned, you're a sweet petite with sweet looks. The ruffled cardigan is purely divine to go with the lemon yellow top underneath. Such a great look…stylish, youthful, classy, …can go just about anywhere. In Texas, we start wearing sandals in February and go until the first cold snap in October….it is a very longggggg summer season here!!
