I was lucky enough to be sent this handbag by Handbag Heaven to style it for their new lookbook. Isn’t it a beauty? I’m in love with the off white {“bone”} color and the two straps that come down the front. I’m not a designer handbag expert, but I think this one could be a doppelganger for the Proenza Schouler PS1. I love how roomy it is {with lots of pockets for all my little trinkets} and there’s even a magnet closure on the front in case I’m too lazy to use the twist closures on either side {I like to say I’m efficient instead of lazy, lol}. I took this bag out with me to dinner with my parents and my mom actually already called dibs on it for the days when I decide to take it out of my rotation! This bag definitely has quite a universal appeal. 🙂
On a different note, I’m wearing my seersucker shorts again! One of our friends wore a seersucker suit to the wedding we attended yesterday and I was awestruck. I’ve long been infatuated with seersucker material and to see an entire suit made out of seersucker…well, I was in love! I knew I had to bring out my shorts from hiding and what better way to wear them than with a brightly colored top!

very pretty, Kileen! seersucker is so perfect for summer. the bag definitely closely resembles the PS1, which I love. the bone color is so nice and versatile. hopefully sometime i'll be able to afford a ps1, until then, it seems there are some great alternatives!!
