A blazer, silk shirt, and pencil skirt combination can be a little too dressy for just another day at the office. To avoid any raised eyebrows and dress it down a bit, I switched out the typical solid-colored blazer for this cropped striped one. I love that the soft, worn-in fabric and earthy tones gave it a casual everyday feel. On a Monday morning where I got less than 5 hours of sleep (Dylan has been teething hard with 4 new chompers coming through), I definitely needed something to that would make me feel pulled together!

This is such a perfect office look, is totally chic with a fun twist that gives it a lot of personality and the blue top is the perfect color to brighten up your Monday. Hope little Dylan is feeling better now, teething is so not fun for neither mommy or baby, hope tonight's way better!
