It’s not often that I get solo trips to Target so when I do, I make sure to make the most of it! I popped into the store super late actually (about an hour before closing!), and couldn’t help but try on a few pieces from the Target fall collection that caught my eye. Target is actually having a 20% off sale on clothing, shoes, and accessories (code SAVE20) so it’s the perfect time for a mini dressing room try-on post!
Just for reference, I am 5′ tall and normally wear size XS / 00P. I personally find that Target sizing runs a little big so an XS doesn’t always work off the rack. If you’re in-between sizes, my recommendation would be to size down. Apologies in advance that most of these pictures are bare-foot as I was wearing a pair of white mules that did not work with any of these outfits, unfortunately. 😆
Target Fall Collection Try-On:

This polka dot blouse is one of my absolute favorites. I am in love with the bold black-and-white print and of course, the silky fit that is both polished and relaxed. It’s not shown here, but the top actually has a unique tie waist design and is perfect for cinching in that waist for that hourglass figure!
I don’t think I’ve ever met a pleated skirt that I didn’t like and how amazing is this striking red one? This skirt is actually unique in that the back of the waistband is actually fully elastic while the front is flat, making it super comfortable for all-day wear.

Bottom: Target Who What Wear Floral Print Tiered Ruffle Skirt (XS) – plus option, top option
Ok, so obviously I don’t recommend actually pairing this skirt with this blouse, but I do absolutely love this midi skirt with the prettiest yellow floral and tiered ruffles. It does come with a matching top and I’m completely in love with how it looks paired together (shown here)!

Found this leopard sweater and even though it’s not quite my size, I do love the print and it’s such a great way to rock the leopard print trend right now! I would say that the sweater is on the thicker side but super soft and cozy. The print isn’t loud and seriously, leopard is a neutral and so easy to pair!

If you don’t have a military jacket in your closet yet, Target is hooking you up! This one is a great option if you’re looking for something more fitted and I would actually say it runs on the smaller side (so size up if you plan on layering it with thicker sweaters!). The beading on the pockets adds such a fun flair and it’s just a versatile piece that you NEED! This other option from the Universal Thread line at Target is also perfect if you’re wanting to skip the beading and want a more cropped, petite-friendly fit.

And finally, I love an updated twist on a classic so this sleeveless trench coat definitely caught my eye! This one did run big for me but love the wide lapels and the double-breasted design. Such the perfect layering piece for the Fall!
