Black Friday is only a few days away (eek!) and I’m already seeing news of the latest sales and must-have items for Christmas this year. The shopping seems to get started earlier and earlier these days as before only a few select stores would be open at midnight of Black Friday whereas this year, I see many opening up at 6pm on Thanksgiving Day already! While I will admit that years ago I loved joining in on the frenzy of Black Friday shopping and would definitely score some major deals, being a full-time mom now has definitely changed things and I will most likely just be shopping online, sitting in my pajamas by and with a hot chocolate in my lap! #noshame
Meanwhile, here’s a fun little infographic about Black Friday / Cyber Monday shopping that I found interesting. The social influence differences when it came to purchasing was news for me!
Electronics always seem like a popular Black Friday item as the discounts usually run pretty deep. You’ll definitely want to check out the deals at Office Depot OfficeMax as prices are at their lowest ever — I noticed a couple laptops and tablets are even more than 50% off! And if you do just need a break from all the shopping, you can #ElfYourself on the Office Depot OfficeMax site too. 🙂
What are your tips for surviving the busiest shopping weekend?
