Belt: Forever 21 Dual-Tone Leatherette Belt (recent) – S / $7.80 (buy) (similar and < $10)
Skirt: Banana Republic Wool Mini (waist + hips slimmed, length shortened, super old) – 0P (super cute option, on sale $27) (love this style, although pricey)
Earrings: Amrita Singh Sunset Earrings via Hautelook – $28 (buy) (similar and gorgeous style)
I decided to break out my horse print top again for a fun way to “trot” through my busy Tuesday. Instead of wearing it like a kimono top like last time, I just styled it like a normal blouse {but still had it carefully pinned with a safety pin as this shirt lacks any sort of buttons!}. I stuck with neutrals for the majority of the outfit, combining a simple camel mini and tan pumps so that nothing would detract from the awesome-ness of the horsies. But, for that last pop of color, I added in these new Amrita Singh earrings. I love the beautiful red color and they’re just large enough to be that perfect statement piece while still keeping the outfit classy enough for the office. And just when I thought I had enough statement jewelry in my collection… 😉

Gorgeous outfit, Kileen. The colors are so pretty together. I really enjoying looking at pictures with statement earrings, but find it too cumbersome to wear. Same thing with statement necklaces. But I remember my son's comment the other day on dangly earrings I got for my daughter – "I like these better (compared to the studs), because I can see them.)
Good outfit. The colors are perfect. Love the top shirt with animal patterns. Very cute.
wow, when i realized the connection between "trot" in the title and the horses, i felt like a genius. i need sleep, lol. i love the neutrals!! what? kileen? neutrals?
Neutrals are always so classy and elegant. I love the red earrings!
