I apologize that the lighting is a bit off in these photos. These were taken around midnight on the greens of a golf field under super bright spotlights. I had an action-packed evening celebrating a friend’s birthday {hooray for another member to the 30-year old club!}. This outfit survived a messy dinner at The Boiling Crab where I devoured some delicious snow crab legs while watching Adrian create a giant pile of crawfish shells in front of him. After we got all good and messy and reeked of garlic, we headed out to Top Golf {the idea of a “golfing” entertainment complex still astounds me}. I hit a ball on the driving range for the first time — it was amazing and kinda pathetic at the same time as my drive went probably no more than 20 yards. Oh, and if you’re wondering if I golfed in these heels, you betcha! 🙂
Btw, this denim jacket is absolutely the perfect fall transition item. I love the cropped fit and 3/4 length sleeves — so chic, right?

You look lovely in the darker denim jacket and the pretty sundress. M and I frequently visited Top Golf before it turned into the two-story complex. We lived nearby in the Merriman Park area. We played there a couple of times after they renovated everything. I never wore golf attire there either. A girl's gotta be stylin'. :o)
These midnight shots are adorable! Denim is always the perfect cover up for cute prints. Sounds like your friends bday celebration was a blast!
