New year, new closet! I spent the first day of the new year cleaning out my closet — putting clothes that I won’t wear in the next few months in storage and sorting out clothes that I want to donate into a separate pile. I don’t feel bad about still wearing clothes dating back to college, but I do feel bad about owning clothes that haven’t been worn in more than 3 years. Sometimes I wonder what I was thinking when I look at some of my old clothes! I guess they must’ve been cute then or something… ^_^
As for my New Year’s Eve festivities, I have some pictures! The original plan was for me to cook something, but I ended up being so tired after work that we ended up going out. We were lucky enough to get dinner at a local sushi restaurant called The Fish. We actually hadn’t gone to this restaurant in almost over a year as it’s a bit on the fancier side, but it was the perfect way to celebrate the new year!

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was so romantic! We ended up going home later and tried to stay up to watch the ball drop, but only I made it (my body was still on California time…)!

My sushi cravings are getting stronger by the minute! :p I need to sort out my closet as well, and often times I do come across something where I'm like "What the heck was I thinking?!?!" :p Then I tell myself it must've been marked down or something! My goal to shop more smartly 🙂
