It’s been a bit quiet over here this past week and I’ve still been trying to help out where I can when it comes to Hurricane Harvey.  I personally know people who have been flooded out of their homes and it’s been a hard time for everyone trying to get back on their feet again.  This page has a list of great ways that you can help if you can.

We went out to Perry’s Steakhouse last night to celebrate my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect flowy top to hide a mini food baby (highly recommend the sea bass if you’re not big on steak!).  It’s no secret I’m in love with this wild orchid print from LOFT right now — I own it in 2 different styles (see the blouse on me).  I love the shoulder ties and the mix of dark with light colors make it a perfect fall transition piece!  LOFT is having amazing Labor Day sales with 40% off on all regular-price items and 60% off on sale items — no code needed!

I love AG jeans and 3 of their bestselling styles are on sale!  Their Legging Ankle jean is my all-time favorite and it’s marked down 20% right now — if I didn’t already own 3 pairs I would have definitely bought another!  I’ve been loving the step-hem style personally and this darker wash just went on sale for an incredible 40% off.  This distressed boyfriend style that I’m wearing here is also a great option if you like the looser boyfriend style yet still want something slim-fitting and flattering.

Frye ‘Melissa’ Tab Riding Boots in cognac – (extended calf option) both30% off!

These riding boots are my all-time fave as they are petite friendly and have such a classic look — mine are going on 5 years old now and they’re still in amazing shape (I do recommend applying this conditioning balm a couple times during the season for upkeep).  There is an extended calf option too that is also marked down 30%!

Puffer vests!!  I LOVE layering with a puffer vest as it lets my arms stay mobile while keeping my core warm.  I seriously own at least an embarrassing number of different shades and prints when it comes to puffer vests (I think I’m up to 5?) and J.Crew / J.Crew Factory is my favorite source since theirs aren’t too puffy.  J.Crew is running their Labor Day sales with 30% off promotion with free shipping today only (code YESPLEASE).  I ordered this tie-sleeve sweatshirt (in both colors!) as well as this ruffle jacket (even though it’s not included in the promo — I just love ruffles and sizes are selling out!).

J.Crew Factory is running 50% off with free shipping (code DELISH).  I’ve been wanting the J.Crew cocoon coat for awhile now but just noticed that J.Crew Factory has an almost identical one for less than half the price!  I picked it up in the heather saddle color and part of me can’t wait for it get cold already!
