This weekend is going to be filled with great things! Firstly, we had our oven fixed this last week. It’s been out of commission since before Halloween and you can imagine my display as I love love love baking when Fall weather comes around. Just as I was about to bake my pumpkin recipe for the blog does my oven decide to go kaput. Well, this weekend the baking is happening. And I have a couple other recipes I’ve been dying to try out too. I sense a cooking extravaganza weekend! I.Can’t.Wait.
This outfit was kind of a last minute decision. I actually started off the morning wanting to wear my brown riding boots as they have yet to get any love this season. My blue jeans weren’t working with anything and I am fresh out of black jeans… Unfortunately, my J. Brand black skinny jeans had to be retired recently as they just don’t fit me comfortably anymore (wearing a size 23 and wanting to eat lunch don’t work out anymore) and my black Lululemon Wunder Unders aren’t quite business professional. And so I re-programed my brain to come up with something new. Which is actually a bit harder than it sounds when you get stuck on a certain outfit idea, you know what I mean? Anyways, this army green shirt and pink moto pant combination ended up being a last minute pick and it was just going to have to do!
Hope you all have a great weekend and thanks so much for stopping by!

P.S. In case you missed it:

Such a lovely colour combination, and I like it with the leopard print belt 🙂

I am definitely a fan of the army green and pink combination. I've worn it a few times myself, except always the other way around (pink top, green bottom), but that's just because I haven't found the perfect shade of pink pants! Thanks for the great options in this post.

Loving the color combo! I am glad you got the oven fixed–I don't know what I'd do without mine! Baking in the fall and winter are a definite must!
