Health and fitness are big parts of my life so I am excited to partner with Babbleboxx to try out some new products to kick-start my wellness goals for the summer! I love being able to try out new brands and discovering new must-haves to incorporate into my lifestyle. I found some real gems in my latest box that I cannot wait to share with you all!
NEW WORKOUT GEAR
2(X)ist ribbed square tank – wearing XS, comes in 5 colors (25% off w/ DAD25 + free express ship!)
I’ll admit that having cute workout clothes is a big motivator for me when it comes to getting a workout in. I don’t usually venture out to try new brands when it comes to workout gear so it was fun to try out 2(X)ist, a new-to-me brand! It turns out that 2(X)ist is a 25-year old company and is a known leader in design and innovation. The company name derives from its message to empower men and women to live confidently and with purpose, and all its pieces are created with that same intention. This ribbed tank has been a perfect layering piece and a great basic to have on hand now that the weather is warming up! The fabric is 100% breathable soft cotton and I love that the cut is slim fitting yet the material still has lots of stretch to allow for movement.
I also received these black leggings from 2(X)ist and love the power mesh inserts on the calves. I’ve been wearing them for yoga practice and love that the fabric is 100% moisture wicking! The waistband is nice and wide to keep everything in (my tummy is my main problem area now that I’ve had two babies…). A hidden zip pocket can be found on the backside of the waistband and it’s been so convenient for storing keys or cards so I can keep my valuables handy while working out.
LOOK REFRESHED
Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme (20% off sitewide w/ BABBLEBOXX)
pineapple trinket dish
Brosway jewelry
Skincare products always get me excited! With my birthday coming up next month, I’ve been really looking into finding new anti-aging products to add into my regimen. The Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme is an anti-wrinkle and hydrating serum and features Rhamnose and Fragmented Hyaluronic Acid to life, tighten, and remove fine lines. I’ve had issues with using Retinol so having a product that uses alternatives is a holy grail for me! And even though I’ve only just started testing out this product, I can say that even on the first application, I was able to see after just 10 minutes that my skin looks more illuminated and plumped! I can’t wait to see how changes progress in a month!
If you’re interested in trying out Vichy for yourself, save 20% right now with free shipping on all LiftActiv products using code BABBLEBOXX (valid through 11:59pm PST, 06/30/2016).
SKIN SMOOTHERS
Tree Hut Shave Prep Body Scrub | Village Naturals Therapy Aches + Pains Bath Oil + Body Wash
Body scrubs are one of my favorite ways to fit in a little pampering, so I was excited to try out this one from Tree Hut. I’ve had laser hair removal done on my underarms and legs so I don’t need it for shave prep, but I still love the feeling of super soft skin from all the nourishing oils and exfoliating sugar granules. I know I previously had issues with red bumps and ingrown hairs from shaving and love that this product is designed specifically to address that issue!
Village Naturals Therapy also included a trio of Aches + Pains bath products and it couldn’t have been better timing as I’ve actually needed something to help with post-workout soreness. The Bath Oil + Body Wash is perfect for those days I don’t have time for a long bath but still want the relief even if I’m just taking a quick shower.
BATH TREATMENTS
Village Naturals Therapy Mineral Bath Soak | Village Naturals Therapy Foaming Bath Soak w/ Epsom Salt
(save $1 on all Village Naturals Therapy now! available at Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens and Target)
When I do have time for a longer soak, these salts from Village Naturals Therapy will be a great option to really let me ease my muscles and de-stress. The same eucalyptus, spearmint, and menthol combination as the bath oil and body wash is also here in these two products but the foaming bath soak also includes Epsom salt to help draw out impurities. I’m thinking that even if I don’t have time for a bath, I could still just soothe my feet in a footbath (I already use a face mask while I sit and blog at night so I’m thinking I could have some salts going for my feet too! 🙂
Thanks so much for reading and I hope you’ll give some of these products a try!
