Hello again! I’ve had my hands full the past couple weeks as we’re finalizing preschool applications and interviews for Dylan and had family in town visiting. I finally had a chance to get in front of the camera yesterday and can’t believe I’m already at week 15 of this pregnancy! This blousy top isn’t great at showing off the bump, but I love the floral pattern and wanted to wear it before it became a belly shirt. The lightweight chiffon is perfect for the 100-degree Texas summers we’re having right now and I can still move and go about my day without feeling self-conscious about my awkward is-she-pregnant-or-just-fat bump at the moment.
Meanwhile, at 15 weeks I’m feeling pretty good although I still do have days where I find myself taking a mini-nap during Dylan’s naptime as well. I’ve had a few cravings for chips and noodles lately but otherwise the weird food cravings and aversions of the first trimester are mostly behind me. I’ve already dug out my box of old maternity clothes and you’ll be seeing them in the rotation soon as they’re just so much more comfortable!
Thank you again for following along and hopefully I can get around to updating again soon!

Hey I missed congratulating you on the second round here. What a cute wee bump 🙂
I do have to say I admire your ability to wear heels at this stage still.

Happy to see you are doing well, you look gorgeous!
Thanks! The heels usually come off by the afternoon and I switch to a pair of flats. 🙂
I love that floral print! What a great find!
Chic on the Cheap
I am so excited to see all your bump photos! I hope you are resting and taking care of yourself! That blouse is so pretty! Isn't it crazy how pregnancy seems to drag on forever, but at the same time you're like "whoa, I'm nearly halfway done!".
Love the photos! Glad to hear you're doing well. I'm 16 weeks right now and feeling self-conscious about my awkward is-she-pregnant or just fat bump. I've been told by my friends (who are moms) that you usually start showing at 4.5-5 months.. However, I also read everyone's different. When you had Dylan, when did your bump start to show?
I'm at the point where I can no longer button my work pants so I've been using the belly band. Did you used to wear a lot of dresses/leggings when you worked in the professional industry?
Aww, such a cute little bump! You're looking great! 🙂
Away From The Blue
Amazing outfit! Love the floral. Can't wait to follow along with your maternity style!
