Hello and happy Monday! This weekend flew by and it feels like the new year is finally getting under way now. I spent the majority of the weekend cleaning out and purging my closet. I discovered a few items that had been buried in the back and actually was able to get rid of 11 bags filled with clothes! While about half of those items ended up going to donation, I do have the other half that I’m hoping to sell on Poshmark! Meanwhile, I happened to notice that J.Crew is having a major extra 50% off sale right now and so many of my pieces are actually included! The lady tweed jacket is a classic and one that I actually own in 3 colors! I love the cropped fit as it makes it perfect for petites and the metallic threads add a beautiful dimension to the style. While there isn’t explicit petite sizing, I did find that my typical size 00 fit perfectly — the length hits right above my hips, the sleeves actually stop right at my wrists, and even the shoulders aren’t too wide. I usually wear this jacket as a blazer and find that it really makes my everyday office looks that bit of chic classic oomph!
And if silver threading isn’t your thing, this black/gray option may be more your speed and is also included in the 50% off J.Crew winter sale. I love the black contrast along the hem and pockets and makes for a very Chanel-esque look!

This casual outfit is definitely calling my name, and I only wish we were having colder weather to justify all the layers and fur boots! I’ve actually been wearing this popcorn sweater non-stop and just realized that I own it in both red and cream colors. I love the pom pom details down the front and this sweater is perfect for layering over a button down or under a puffer vest for a put-together casual outfit!

This coat has been getting so much wear this season and it’s just the perfect topper when you’re wanting to look luxe yet still feel warm and bundled up! This super soft faux fur coat is like cozying up under a blanket and the rosy mauve color is feminine without being too girly. See how I styled it previously here in this sweatshirt and jeans look!

I’ve been finding every excuse to keep on wearing my chunky sweatshirts and surprisingly loved how it looked when paired with a midi skirt. This skirt has the most beautiful soft glimmer to it and thankfully is fully lined as well (no itchiness at all!). Smaller sizes have been selling out quick (I’m wearing my usual XS) so be sure to snatch it up if you see if pop back!

I love a classic plaid print and love the festive button additions down the shoulder! If you’re tired of button-down shirts, you’ll want this updated style with it’s chic funnel neck and longer shirt tail hem. I would say that it does run a little big and would size down if you’re in-between.

This sequin gold top I picked up last year and it sold out almost instantly! I’m so glad that it’s brought back and it’s a must-have piece for going out and especially the holidays. It’s hard to see but there are 2 bows in the back and I just love the flirty, feminine addition. The fit is on the boxier side so I paired it with a slim pencil skirt, but it would be fab worn with even simple skinny jeans too! You can see how I styled it for New Year’s Eve last year too!

I’ve been leopard print obsessed this season and am in love with this chic leopard faux fur jacket. The fur is so super soft and the fit isn’t bulky in the slightest, and the slightly cropped style makes it a petite must-have!

And lastly, had to point out my pointelle mockneck sweater that I’ve been wearing with basically everything. I love the wider almost boatneck opening up top and the balloon-ish sleeves make it fun! I personally love the clean white color for freshening up a winter outfit and the fabric could not be any softer.
