Now, I’m excited to finally share with you what I came up with! This is a recipe for dark chocolate bark filled with dried blueberries and topped with sliced almonds. These bark pieces have the wellness benefits of dark chocolate yet are sweetened with honey instead of sugars and are filled with delicious fruits and nuts too! Your taste buds will still get that taste of chocolate-y goodness yet you won’t have to feel bad about this “better for you” indulgence!
You’ll only need 4 basic ingredients for this recipe. Start with unsweetened chocolate baking bars at 100% cacao, Dove® Fruit Blueberries, sliced almonds, and honey.
Pick up Dove® Fruit the next time you’re at Walmart! I found mine in a special display by the registers up front.
- 8 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, 100% cacao — broken into pieces
- 4-6 T honey (depending on desired sweetness)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup Dove® Fruit Blueberries
