Brrr! It’s back to windy cold weather again so I did all I could to layer up and stay warm. Cowlneck knit sweater, fur vest, huge blanket scarf — it was all getting worn today! To balance out the resulting volume up top, I kept my lower half slim with skinny jeans and form-fitting over-the-knee boots.
Flat boots are a go-to for me when it’s wet and cold outside as they’re easy to walk in, add a layer of warmth on my lower legs, as well as look super chic with any outfit. These ‘Bromley’ boots from Michael Kors are actually from The Scarpetta, a newly-discovered site that sells the latest designer shoes at affordable prices. They source from a variety of retailers and create a boutique-like experience with warehouse-like selection. For this reason, not all sizes are available for every style but just filter on the size category when browsing and you will be amazed at the selection! Even for my hard-to-find size, I was amazed at how much The Scarpetta had available — and from brands like Michael Kors, Vince Camuto, and Stuart Weitzman.
